Reservation

• Your booking is binding and must be followed by the start or cancellation of the course. 
• Cancellations must be made by e-mail or SMS.

Withdrawal

• You have the right to cancel courses within 14 days after you have registered and before the course starts. If you have paid, you will be refunded the course fee. If the course has started, the course fee will not be refunded. 
• If unexpected obstacles have arisen, such as illness, the remaining lessons can be moved to a later date. Illness must be admissible.

Cancellation

If you cancel after the right of withdrawal but before the course starts:

• The course becomes valid only after you have paid the course fee, normally it
  must be done no later than two days before the course starts.
• If your cancellation is made after the start of the course, no part of the course fee will be refunded.

Absence during the course

• One-to-one / private lessons: Contact the Teacher no later than 24 hours before the lesson if you are prevented from attending. The lesson is then moved to another time according to a time that suits teachers and participants. If the cancellation takes place less than 24 hours before the start of the lesson, the lesson fee will not be refunded.
• Course with group participants: Then attendance at each course applies, no cancellations lead to replacement lessons. The whole group together with
  teachers can be included in a date or time change when it does not affect participants in other ongoing courses.
• If the teacher has to cancel the lesson, you will receive a replacement lesson as compensation for lost lessons.
• Absence should be notified by email or SMS.

Course participants’ personal data

To conduct courses and lessons, Sealonline needs to collect personal information from you who sign up for the various courses or lessons. Your personal data is used to contact you and administer and organize the courses. Sealonline only collects personal data directly from you, this way you know what personal data we process.

The information we collect to administer the courses is:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number

Personal data collection systems

• Sealonline handles your personal data in Microsoft’s various programs such as word, excel and calendar tools.
• Your personal data will be deleted 6 months after your time as a participant has ended at Sealonline.
